Learn to Paint Still Life with Oils and Acrylics with Kate Kurucz
This will be a one day workshop, exploring everything you need to know
to paint Still Life using Oil or Acrylic Pains
Date: Sunday June 22nd
Time: 11 to 4pm

Paint your own contemporary still life using meaningful objects.
Prior to the class you will receive instructions on how to set up + light a dynamic still life reference.
During the workshop we will demonstrate the qualities of light and composition before working
on our own paintings and exploring techniques including under painting and colour mixing.
Suitable for oils and acrylics
Materials:
A range of paints, preferably a warm and cool red, yellow and blue, a white and a black.
recommended: medium (neo megilp or acrylic painting medium)
a range of brushes
Palette
Rag
Surface: Canvas or board between roughly A4 and A1 size
