Where we ship

We ship to all states and territories across Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping options and costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard shipping — delivered via Australia Post. Estimated 3-7 business days depending on location
Express shipping — delivered via Australia Post Express. Estimated 1-3 business days depending on location
Free shipping — available on orders over $100 (standard shipping)

Click and collect

Free click and collect is available from our Unley store. Select Click and Collect at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Orders are typically ready within 1 business day.

Collection hours: Monday–Sunday: 10am–4pm. Closed Public Holidays.

Large and bulky items

Some items such as large canvas and boards may incur additional shipping costs due to size and weight. Any additional charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe please contact us at art@duthystreetartsupplies.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

We recommend checking your order upon arrival and contacting us within 7 days if there is any damage or issue.

Public holidays

Our store and dispatch operations are closed on South Australian public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next business day.
