Ordering

By placing an order with us you confirm that:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment details.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers once your order has been dispatched. If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Click and collect

Orders can be collected in store at 6 Duthy Street Unley SA 5061 during our business hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Stock availability

We make every effort to keep our website stock levels accurate. In the rare event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you promptly to discuss your options - a refund, a substitute product or a backorder.
