The Dogwood timber is the best thin charcoal on the market. These consistently straight yet fine sticks are suitably dense to impart a clear crisp fine line to your drawing. Typical of IKEN they are smooth to apply and can produce one of the darkest grey/black tones in the range. This is the perfect choice for the artist who wants to add detail to his artwork with the ability to sharpen to a crisp point on a sanding pad.
